Surveys of existing trees where land is being considered for future development, including:-
- Large allocated or potential development sites;
- Small development sites;
- Corporate landowners, health or educational institutions;
- Landscaped parkland, shelterbelts, avenues, and woodlands;
- Individual mature or semi-mature trees or groups of trees.
To assess the extent and quality of the tree resource, identifying specimens suitable for retention, and indicating their likely constraints on development. Undertaken according to British Standard BS 5837:2005, Trees in relation to construction - Recommendations.
